Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons golden flax seeds (linseeds)
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons porridge oats

- 200ml organic soy or nut milk

Instructions:
1. Grind the flax seeds using a blender or pestle and mortar.
2. In a bowl, combine the ground flax seeds, chia seeds, oats, turmeric, ashwagandha
3. Pour over the milk of your choice.
4. Leave the mixture to sit for a minimum of 1 hour, or even better, leave it in the fridge overnight.
5. The mixture will become thick and porridge-like. Add more milk.
