Elderberry Oxymel 200 ml

Description: An oxymel is one of the oldest preparations in herbal tradition — simply a plant steeped in vinegar and honey until the flavours meld. Mine combines certified organic elderberries with raw apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, fresh organic ginger and local raw wildflower honey. The tartness softens into something rounder and more complex as it infuses.

Take it as a daily shot, stir a spoonful into warm water or tea, or whisk it through olive oil and mustard for a sharp, fruity salad dressing.

Ingredients: Certified organic elderberries, raw apple cider vinegar with the mother, cinnamon, fresh organic ginger, local raw wildflower honey.

How to use: 1 tablespoon daily, neat or diluted in water or tea.
