Elderflower Oxymel

Description: The lighter, more delicate side of the oxymel range. Fresh elderflowers steeped in raw apple cider vinegar and local honey — the floral character of the blossom coming through gently against the tang of the vinegar. A good introduction to oxymels if you're new to them.

Take it as a shot, stir into warm water, or use in place of vinegar in a salad dressing.

Ingredients: Elderflowers, raw apple cider vinegar with the mother, local raw honey.

How to use: 1 tablespoon daily, neat or diluted.
