Elderflower Liqueur — Beetle's Tears

Description: Named after the small black beetles I always find tucked inside elder blossoms when I'm out picking - a nod to where this drink really starts, in the hedgerows. Fresh elderflowers infused slowly in alcohol with honey, lemon and lime, until the floral, honeyed character is properly drawn through.

Serve over ice, top with sparkling wine, or add a splash to a gin and tonic. Not sweet in the way commercial elderflower liqueurs often are - this one has more depth.
